Dennis Hopper : Photographs 1961–1967
On his birthday in 1961 his wife Brooke Hayward presented him with a 35mm Nikon camera. From that moment onwards, Dennis Hopper had his camera with him at all times, and wouldn’t shy from using it either: on film sets, at parties, in galleries, on the highway and on political marches. A little known passionate photographer, his images from 1961 until 1967 have now been published in a photo book. Moments of a whole generation.
